FundedInk Refund Policy

FundedInk is sold as a one-time digital purchase of US $6.99 for a lifetime license. There are no subscriptions, renewals or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. This policy explains when we refund the purchase price. It is part of the Terms of Service and does not limit the statutory rights you have where you live.

1. Refund within 14 days of purchase

If you are not satisfied with FundedInk for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We do not need a reason, although telling us what went wrong helps us improve the app.

2. Technical problems

If FundedInk does not install or run on a Windows or macOS computer that meets the system requirements, or a defect prevents you from using its core features (recording trades, viewing your journal, exporting), and our support cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time after you report it, we will refund the purchase price in full. This applies even after the 14-day period.

Problems caused by a third-party platform changing or withdrawing an export format or integration are not defects in FundedInk, but if an integration you bought FundedInk for stops working within 14 days of purchase we will treat your request under section 1.

3. Duplicate payments

If you were charged more than once for the same license, we refund every duplicate charge in full as soon as we see it or as soon as you tell us, whichever is first.

4. Unauthorized transactions

If a purchase was made with your payment method without your permission, contact us and your payment provider. We will refund the purchase, revoke the license it created and cooperate with your provider's investigation.

5. Your statutory rights

• If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because FundedInk is digital content delivered immediately, the checkout asks for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts. Where that consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, you keep the right. Separately, consumer law in the EU and UK gives you remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund) if digital content does not conform to the contract; nothing here limits those remedies.
• Consumer-protection laws in the United States and elsewhere may give you additional rights that this policy does not limit.

6. How to request a refund

Write to support@fundedink.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (shown on the receipt from our payment provider) and, for technical problems, a short description and the FundedInk log file from Settings → Data if you can. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We resolve genuine requests quickly. A dispute opened without contacting us may lead to a temporary restriction of the license while it is investigated, as described in the Account Termination Policy; it never leads to a ban by itself.

7. Refunds after an account restriction or closure

• A temporary restriction of your account is not a refund event. Your license returns when the restriction is lifted, and the periods in sections 1 and 2 are not affected by it.
• If your account is permanently closed for a verified intentional violation of the Terms, the EULA or the Licensing Policy (confirmed account sharing or resale, confirmed payment fraud or use of stolen payment details, deliberate tampering with license verification, or using another identity to evade an earlier suspension or closure), we do not offer a voluntary refund of the purchase price under sections 1 and 2, to the extent the law where you live permits.
• A closure is never automatic: it is a decision made by a person on verified evidence, with a recorded reason and a right of appeal. If a closure is reversed on appeal, your license is restored and nothing is owed.
• Nothing in this section limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights, your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider, or any other remedy the law gives you. Where a closure turns out to rest on a mistake, sections 2 and 8 apply as if it had never happened.

8. What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, the lifetime license tied to your FundedInk account is revoked. The journal data stored on your computer is yours and is not touched by a refund; you can export it from the app before the license ends, and reading and exporting keep working afterwards. A refunded license cannot be restored, and later purchases with the same account are at our discretion.

9. Sales taxes

Where tax was charged on the purchase, it is refunded together with the price.

10. Changes

We may update this policy for future purchases. The policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
